Legacy of Diplomacy. What does this mean? It is a concept that represents the very form of alliance that is shows a clear understanding and initiative in which philosophizes into a reasoning with each nation that becomes diplomatic with one another. Wars are a misunderstanding, that are fought to end discrepancies between one another. Diplomacy is always the right way to go, if it is possible, but if not, even after an extent of trying and trying, war is inevitable, if the cause is just enough, to hinder the Legacy of Diplomacy.

I'm curious.  Do you plan to make a formal application?  This area you have posted in is specifically set aside for that.  If you want too please use the form I've quoted listed below.
