India hereby annonces that Bhutan is now a state of India and no longer a separate country we have arrested king of Bhutan and he is behind the bars some where in India also if some world nation want to give him and his family citizenship they can given that they sign the Non Agression Pact with India.

Also we will bring some reformation in government to make bhutan an integral part of India

First of all bhutan previously doesnot had any government they are ruled by the king so basically if there is anything like government for bhutan india is going to make that by free and fare election

Surely India has no problem to send them their but Island need to confirm that they will not allow the king or any member to be engaged in any work directly or indirectly against india

 
Sino is sending 40,000 troops to the border worth Bhutan, sealing the border and creating a strong force to counter any attempts to break out from Bhutan. Sino backs India's pledge to allow all surrendering combatants to walk free.

As a sign of good faith Sino would also like to offer the royal family of the ex region of Bhutan citezenship as part of the Sino Republic.
