Hello from the quarantine

First one

We can't leave the town without a valid reason (go to work for example)
Gotcha. Was planning on going to Italy on the 19th but cancelled that. Although Germany's probably going to be where Italy is now in case of diagnosed cases by then anyway. Oh welp.. 🤷‍♂️

At least we are young so no huge risk of death

Italy did 206886 tests and found 47021 positives

US did 54205 tests and found 15219 positives

We have 227 positives every 1000 tests, for US is 280

You guys have 6 times our population and 1/4 of our tests but higher % of positives, not good

This is more up to date.

12.7% positives and 182k tests for the US.

Still not that good though compared to countries like South Korea or even here in Canada but they're improving.

The per centage of positives depend on how agressively tests are prescribed. South Korea is very agressive on testing, hence lower per centage and high numbers of reported cases of COVID-19.

I'm 5th day in a row with low fever. No hope of getting a test with my age and medical profile 🤷‍♂️

Stay safe everyone! Everyone in my family is staying home from school and work besides my dad, it's looking like his work will shutdown as well. Our testing is getting more and more aggressive here by the day (Canada), we have some makeshift testing site downtown where they're pumping out tests like mad, but they still seem to be turning away a lot of people sadly. However, more action is being taken soon so I remain hoping for the best. Have a great week guys!
