Just did the audiobook, there’s no further description. Only “green eggs and ham”.

It's been a while since I read it to my kids (both in their 20s now) but the illustrations show both being green if I remember correctly.  Since the illustrations were also done by the author (again, if I remember correctly) then presumably they show the author's intent of both the eggs and the ham being green.  Just my 2 cents. . .

Today I’ll go with the majority, and despite the evidence shall double down on my response that it Is only the eggs which are green.  If I was a true believer there’d necessarily be an assassination of the character and authenticity of Dr Seuss and all his deluded followers, but I’m not sure I  can enjoy that degree of self deception today.

Btw I love reading Dr Seuss books with my kids
