Favorite Characters

I have a lot of favorite characters in the Stormmlight archive but I would say my top favorites are Balat and Shallan Davar, Adolin and Azure. Shallan and Adolin joined my favorites at the end of Oathbringer.

Quoting Szeth because I think Szeth is one of my favorite characters. I love his interactions with Nin and Lift, and I think him and Nightblood are a really cool pairing. I think that he's got a lot of reckoning to do, but when he swears the Oath to Dalinar.

Also, Taravangian because a) I relate to the varying swings of intelligence on what's basically a day to day basis (I'm never as smart as Diagram TV, but here's hoping :P) and because b) I think Taravangian is gonna have a pseudo-redemption arc.

Also also, fuck Moash.

I'll kick off the discussion. I really love Kaladin because I can identify a lot with his mentality and ideals (for better or for worse :P). I find him really relatable. Also, flying is pretty cool. #WindrunnersBestOrder

PIcking a favorite is hardddd

I love love love Shallon she's great, so good at seeing the world in a different yet astounding ways.

I empathize a lot with Kaladin, his up and downs, good days and hard to live through ones.

Maybe my favorite character in Rhythm of War is Navani, a bit of a weird choice for me, but she is so powerful in the way she reacts to her life. She's had it far from easy despite not have super dramatic (comparatively) things happen in her life, and feels perhaps the most real person. 

In conclusion, I really couldn't tell you one for sure, as the more I read the more these amazing people come to life and change the way I see life, but I think that's the sign of a good author, to make characters so complex and beautifully flawed the reader cares for everyone, even Moash, although I sorta hate him too.
