Whenever I've read a fanfic, they were all poorly written and sometimes on the verge of being utterly disgusting. Therefore the answer is no. :D

Well nobody was really objecting to it. Not even the author of the original novels so why not? :D
I just personally didn't ship Rizzles.

 
I read some Harry Potter fan fiction.

I also dabbled with writing some for a series called Enchanted Inc. xD
