I only have a link to 5 or so of the maps, but I thought they'd be interesting to post anyway as this game starts to wrap up and our next session begins (join us!).

    Qing/Japan/Russia/Spain/Inca have all formed by this point. Colonization is in full swing with Japan going for Australia, Qing/Spain going for Mexico, France going for North America, and Portugal going for South America.

  • Russia pushes east, while other colonial powers start to have overlapping interests (South America, South Africa). Bengal and Mewar continue to carve up India, while Inca takes some South American land from the colonizers.

  • Large gap in timeline. Portugal's empire fell into disarray and was conquered by different groups of players. There was a quick war between a large coalition of players and France. Arabia formed. Qing completes conquest of China. Japan secures the Indonesian islands. Spain secures the northern part of South America and parts of West Africa. GB grabs central africa and Canada.

  • Mewar pushes into Persia. Arabia pushes south. Big event in the late 1600s is a massive Qing/Spain v. France war. France's maginot line ultimately holds and he forces a white peace iirc. Japan begins embracing its Naval traditions.

  • Rajputana forms. Japan conquers Madagascar. Spain begins to expand into the Balkans.

  • After French expansion into GB, there is an attempt to lure France into a war when Qing/Spain/Japan/Arabia hit Bohemia and Russia. France doesn't join (I think Russia didn't call them even though they were cobelligerents?) and ends up being hit separately instead. Spain takes land in the Mediterranean and London. Qing takes colonial possessions. Japan takes North Umberland from France and some provinces in Eastern Siberia from Russia. Arabia cleans up their border in the Caucasus. Rajputana defeats Japan/Bengal in a land war and takes some territory from Bengal.
