I'm sure that there is a huge amount of swimming fans who play nation sims but I do know that a lot of Estonians do.

Ah it's from sketch show usually broadcast every new years eve called Tujurikkuja. It's the brainchild (mostly) of two actors Ott Sepp (athlete no 3) and Märt Avandi (athlete no 2). All the skrtches are aimed at making fun of situations that have been the focal points of society that year.
