Quite honestly, date of expiration is never a concern when I buy chocolate.

Does it really expire? I buy 75+ chocolate mostly. I kept a bar for almost a year and nothing happened. 
plus I like most of my sweets warm.

When it comes down too it, if anyone's perspective isn't the same as @Mitsuru then I think you are buying chocolate for the wrong reasons.
