my only concern is how balanced the nuke silos would be since it'll most likely end up with everyone trying to hog all the nukes and blowing up anyone new trying to start

That and modding support

 
I'm actually not a big fan of Bethesda but this game looks great. The environments look way more vibrant and alive than what I usually think of from Bethesda. I will definitely pick this one up day one. It comes out the day before my birthday, which is the same day Oathbringer came out last year!
