Judging by the latitude Estonia is somewhere in the middle of Canada Say mid Hudson bayish. But we have the sea to warm the temperature so the worst colds are round -30 celsius only,

Neither have we  :|  We had freezing rain and a light dusting of snow like two weeks ago and that was it. It's raining and I'm driving around with studded snow tires for no reason.

We've had some snow here but it's been a light dusting of maybe half an inch. It was pretty and it came right off my car like dust! So that's good.
