my city is super reliant on hydroelectricity. no rain = no power. also, no rain = no drinking and bathing water either, shocking, right!? so we gots water rationing and power outages... regular ones... and irregular ones too... heavens forbid they dont cut both at the same time... while im still in the shower... covered in soap...

pro tip: we just dump water in the toilet manually to flush. we have big barrels of water for that.
