This year is a leap year every four years there is an extra day added to the year , making that year 366 days instead of 365 this is to keep the calendar year synchronised with the seasonal/astronomical year.

Today is the extra day of the year so time for a leap year themed poll... yeah some of you might hate me for this

Even if you was born the 31st of December 1992 , you was alive for 1992 which was a leap year.

But if you was born 1st of January 1993 then you missed 1992 and 1996 would be the first leap year you where alive for.
