BBQ is a specific meat preparation. I do also enjoy grilling however.

I have been struggling with my BBQer. The metal is so thin I struggle keeping a stable heat. But grills are very common at my place during summer. Grilling season starts at Chuch Norris' birthday (international awsomeness day) when there's usually still some snow and last untill october untill the rains turn too cold.

Yeah, my dad's got a fairly expensive grill, but we don't really use it as it's a mess to clean. I kinda thought it was a waste of money at first, but damn the good grills really show you what a BBQ should be like.
