I tried making the hottest cury ever by cooking jalepenos, Habaneros. and some ghost peppers but it seems not to be hotter than eating a Jalepeno Cheese Bread. Is it because the jalepenos in the cheese bread are dried up and there are many of them or is it because cooking the peppers. reduces the capsaicin?
I have tried chili peppers as hot as a Ghost Pepper. Realistically though, what I can handle without turning into a little baby and feeling like I'll die are Thai Chilis, which are a favorite of mine.
Technically I tired Carolina Reaper on that “one chip” challenge but it was just the shavings (which was still crazy hot). Hottest I actually ate was a ghost pepper.
Personally, I'm not a fan of peppers, just don't like the taste. I have never understood why people eat something so hot that they can't even taste anything. That's not being a tough guy, that's just being stupid.
