I love cooking more. I don't have so big of a sweet tooth so working on a meat roast, grill, panfried fish or something is much more to my liking. My recent favorite has been peetroot risoto with coat cheese thou.

I make some great buttermilk biscuits. It took 5 years to perfect the recipe and even though KFC’s are still better (even in my opinion) they still rock and taste like heaven with butter and jam or a thick sausage gravy poured over them.
