It's probably Sesame Chicken for me, or perhaps Peking Chicken, but I didn't see the options.  There is so much variety from place to place in my experience though so it's hard to say.  That mean I probably need to keep sampling. . .

 
If I'm ordering for myself, Crab Rangoons for sure, even tho they are very american chinese, they are great. But good Peking duck is a transcendent experience, even if it is quite expensive, and very requires a group.

I call on the phone to mine and they Say "_____, nice to hear you again my friend. Would you like the usual?" to that I say "yep" then they say, "I'll give you the special family discount". I'm proud to say that after eating at a place for almost 20 years since being a child and eating there every Sunday after church, I've spent so much money they like me enough to give a family discount and know me just by my voice.
