I've decided to go with Paneer which is a fresh cheese, can make a load of meals with it an i love the texture its a good alternative to chicken in a curry.

When I was 10 the only cheese I liked was molten on pizza. Now I like all kinds of cheeses from all of these categories. But I guess cheddar, emmentaler and tilsiter are still my top three.
