You are now required to use your non-dominant hand whenever you eat. However, you can use which one

I had to eat with my non-dominant hand for four weeks, as a kid, when I broke my right arm. It is not easy to use any utensil that you would ordinarily use your dominant hand to wield.

I feel like a fork is utilitarian enough to justify choosing it. As long as what you're eating is tender enough (i.e. cooked correctly), you should be able to somewhat cut your food with a fork, then eat it.
