Sea Monkeys are a type of brine shrimp, you buy the package of sea monkeys usually from the toy shop not the pet shop, when you see brine shrimp in the pet shop they're usually fish food.

You fill your tank provided with water , then  the water purifier then wait a day or 2 and add the eggs.

Sidenote the water purifier also contains eggs , this gives the impression when you add the egg sachet a day or 2 later that the eggs have hatched instantly.

I had success with mine , i even managed to resurrect them , but i personally know a few people who never had any success to the point they believe sea monkeys are imaginary.

I didn't get them from a toy shop though. At least I don't think I did, I dunno. I had a little nerdy scientist kit thing that had brine shrimp in it. I don't remember why exactly.
