I have been swimming since the ripe old age of 2. I dont do it competitively though.

I can swim OK.  I managed to do a sprint triathlon without drowning a few years ago but my daughters are both college swimmers.  I know my place in the pecking order.

i was a certified lifeguard at one point, so yeah, i can swimz

Changed my vote from casual to excellent because I clearly had too high of a standard for excellent (like NCAA or Olympic caliber).  I'm pretty sure 17 members of this alliance aren't quite THAT good.

Same LOL. I am not excellent, but I am not casual either.

If I were to jump off of a boat and had to swim to the shore, then I would manage to do so. I have, however, never properly learnt how to swim.
