Everyone is different when it comes to their sleeping habits.

I'm the type that needs perfect quietness to fall asleep, while my husband needs noise...

I can fall asleep pretty easily, as long as I have been active that day, otherwise, I need to listen to a podcast or audio book.

Funny thing with audio books. If you put me in a dark room and I'm not tired... but have an audio book going, I usually knock out .. whoops

Overall, I fall asleep fairly easily except when at my girlfriend's place I still sometimes have trouble getting used to her big dogs hogging most of the bed and twitching in their sleep!

My only requirement to fall asleep is that I'm not too cold or too warm. I can fall asleep anywhere with any level of noise, light, and vibration.

Ha ha.  Actually, Bon Jovi would seriously put me to sleep (although the bass line in Living on a Prayer ain't bad).
